Still Time to Finish a winter sweater

Do you think there's still time? As I'm sitting here, watching the snow come down I'm thinking I have time to finish a sweater for myself and maybe, just maybe, one more I could wear in the spring. Most of our snow was gone until last night. So the white stuff is giving me hope. I have an idea for a red cardigan which I will knit as a pullover and cut but that's another story.

My Lattice Sweater is at that point where I keep trying it on over and over to determine if it's exactly the right length to start the bottom border. I'm just distracting myself. I haven't decided what to do with the bottom border yet. I'm not a big fan of the ribbed border. I'm thinking I'd like to work one or two repeats of the lattice across the bottom. Would that look weird? Weird is good, right?
Squint your eyes and tell me what you think it would look like with a little bit of lattice on the bottom edge. Is it working?
I like the lattice so much I also put it at the sides too.
It makes the knitting go faster with all this patterning to do. But now it's time to take a deep breath, put the sweater on one more time and decide!
